This is a full-time on-site role as a Construction Supervisor at X Factor Designs in Dubai. The Construction Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction sites, ensuring the smooth progress and timely completion of projects. The role involves coordinating with contractors, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with construction safety regulations.

• Experience in conducting inspections

• Ability to work well under pressure
• Ability to speak in English and in Urdu/Hindi
• Experience in the interior design or construction industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferrable
