Consultant Psychiatrist

A leading private mental health and wellness provider in Dubai is seeking a Consultant Psychiatrist (American Board–certified) with a subspecialty or strong clinical focus in Addiction & Behavioral Health.

This role is positioned within a premium, patient-centered environment, serving a diverse international population including high-functioning professionals, families, and executive clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive psychiatric assessments and treatment plans
• Manage cases related to:
• Substance use disorders (alcohol, prescription misuse)
• Behavioral addictions (digital, gambling, etc.)
• Mood and anxiety disorders
• Provide discreet, high-quality care tailored to individual patient needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (psychologists, therapists, wellness specialists)
• Contribute to the development of integrated behavioral health programs

Candidate ProfileEssential:

• American Board Certification in Psychiatry
• (American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology)
• Fellowship or demonstrated experience in Addiction Psychiatry / Behavioral Health
• Eligibility for Consultant license with Dubai Health Authority (DHA)
• Minimum 3–5 years post-board experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
