2 years UAE contact center experience
Excellent excel skills
Identify and resolve issues
Flexible to work in 24/7 shift as per process requirements

Requirements:
·       Prior experience working as a Contact Center supervisor.
·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
·       Mandatory Languages: Arabic and English   
·       Own visa/dependent visa will be a plus
