Content Creation Lead

Description:

We are looking for a creative, confident, and execution-focused Content Creation Lead to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who understands content beyond just posting. We’re looking for someone who can plan, create, coordinate, and execute content across social media, campaigns, brand communication, and community engagement.

What you’ll work on:

• Content planning and content calendar ownership

• Social media content ideas, captions, scripts, reels, carousels, and campaign concepts

• Coordination with designers, videographers, editors, and marketing team members

• Brand storytelling across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, WhatsApp, and other digital channels

• Short-form video concepts, trend-led reels, shoot planning, EGC/UGC-style content, and content execution

• Stay updated with current social media trends, platform formats, viral content patterns, and audience behavior

• Create and coordinate EGC and UGC-style content to improve brand relatability, page reach, engagement, and follower growth

• Trend research, competitor research, and audience insight gathering

• Ensuring content is consistent with the brand tone, visual identity, and marketing goals

What we’re looking for:

• Strong understanding of social media and digital content

• Good writing, communication, and creative thinking skills

• Ability to manage multiple content requirements and deadlines

• Experience with content creation, social media, reels, campaigns, EGC/UGC-style content, and brand communication

• Comfortable working with designers, editors, and marketing teams

• Candidates currently based in Dubai are preferred
