Role Description:

We’re seeking a full-time, office-based Training Content Creator to play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and managing training content for our newly inaugurated Training Hub. Collaborating closely with subject matter experts, you’ll identify optimal learning solutions, materials, and delivery tools. Your responsibilities include crafting comprehensive training materials such as PowerPoint presentations, books, and handouts, and curating compelling social media content to promote our courses and events. Ensuring alignment with DNV guidelines and client requirements is paramount.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word is essential. Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and promoting training activities on social media.
• Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Passionate about work and able to thrive under pressure.
