Whizz HR is on a look for a Content producer to work with an ward winning brand

Responsibilities

Create the content blueprint of the Company.

· Conceive and implement concepts, ideas for the various verticals and take them to completion

· Lead brainstorming/creative sessions with inhouse team / freelancers to create an ideas’ bank for both the fiction as well as the non-fiction verticals

· Network with industry veterans ( directors/ producers/ music fraternity/ actors etc) to identify opportunities to working together or generate PR whenever required

· Network with various players in the eco system ( OTT platforms , TV, Films, Production houses etc) to source business

· To keep track of the latest happenings / trends/ fads which could have the potential of being adapted .

· To keep track of the happenings on the various platforms

· To put together a creative team as per business demands

· To collaborate with the Sales team wrt the branded content , to understand the clients’ requirements and help design deliverables accordingly

· Direct and motivate teams of art directors, illustrators, copywriters etc. to help them use their talents effectively

· Revise content and presentations, approve/reject ideas, provide feedback to the team

· Train and guide subordinates into accomplished professionals

· Monitor results of team efforts and propose actions for the future
