Content Creator

Description:

We're looking for talented content creators who can shoot, edit and deliver high-quality content across a wide range of projects.

At MORE, we produce everything from podcasts and original series to branded content and long form productions for leading regional brands.

You'll join our in-house production team, working alongside producers, creatives and strategists to develop, capture and deliver content from concept through to final edit. This is a hands-on role for someone who is equally comfortable behind a camera, in an edit suite, or helping bring a creative idea to life.

You will be responsible for:

* Filming podcasts, interviews, events and branded content.

* Editing content for social media, YouTube, digital platforms and broadcast.

* Creating trailers, promotional content and short-form edits.

* Capturing behind-the-scenes and documentary-style content.

* Working with producers, creatives and clients to execute projects to a high standard.

* Managing multiple projects and delivering work efficiently and on deadline.

* Helping maintain and prepare camera, audio and lighting equipment.

What We're Looking For

* Strong videography and editing skills.

* Excellent understanding of storytelling, pacing and visual composition.

* Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve, and Premiere Pro and the Adobe Creative Suite.

* Experience operating professional camera and audio equipment.

* Ability to work independently and solve problems on the fly.

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

* A positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in.
