Content Creator & Social Media Manager

Description:

This is a hybrid role combining content creation and social media management. You’ll be hands-on in producing engaging videos, reels, and lifestyle content, while also managing our social media channels to build visibility, brand awareness, and lead generation. We have a Videographer who will assist in the higher quality videos that require professional equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality content (photos, videos, reels) for social media.
• Manage posting schedules and maintain a consistent brand voice across platforms.
• Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and support community building.
• Track performance and provide insights on content and campaign effectiveness.
• Stay on top of trends in real estate marketing and social media.
• Collaborate with the team to align content with business goals.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong skills in social media videography, photography, and editing (experience with reels/TikTok preferred).
• Good understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
• Creative eye for storytelling, branding, and design.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in real estate or luxury/lifestyle brands is a plus.
