Content Creator & Social Media Specialist

 

Description:

The Content Creator & Social Media Specialist will be responsible for creating engaging, high-quality content and managing the social media accounts of Ego & East and its roster of talent, including influencers, celebrities, and musicians. This role involves attending shoots, events, and campaigns to capture creative content for both the company and the talent, as well as developing and executing social media strategies that drive engagement and growth. The Content Creator & Social Media Specialist should ideally balance creativity and strategy to ensure a strong online presence for Ego & East while enhancing the personal brands of the talent we represent as well as the brands we work with.

 

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Content Creation

• Attend photoshoots, events, and campaigns with talent to capture behind-the-scenes moments, engaging content, and unique visuals.
• Create a diverse range of content, including videos, photos, reels, and TikToks, that aligns with the brand voice of both the talent and Ego & East.
• Edit and refine content for various platforms, ensuring high-quality and polished outputs.

Social Media Management

• Develop, implement, and manage creative social media strategies for Ego & East and selected talents across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, etc.).
• Plan and schedule posts using social media management tools, ensuring consistency in tone, branding, and posting frequency.
• Monitor social media trends, and emerging formats to keep Ego & East and its talent at the forefront of online culture.
• Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions across platforms.

Strategy & Growth

• Collaborate with the talent team to design personalized social media strategies for individual talents, aligned with their personal brands and growth goals.
• Collaborate with talent team to work on pitches for brand campaign strategies.
• Analyze performance metrics to refine strategies, improve engagement, and drive follower growth.
• Identify and pitch opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and campaigns to amplify Ego & East’s online presence.

Collaboration

• Work closely with photographers, videographers, stylists, and PR teams to ensure content aligns with the overarching creative vision.
• Coordinate with talent to ensure they have the tools and materials needed to share branded content effectively.

 

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

 

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in Social Media & Content Creation

Experience within the Fashion, luxury, lifestyle sector is preferable

Fluent in English
