Content Specialist

Description:

The Content Specialist will be responsible to source and manage content for company’s digital product mainly native mobile apps. The role will provide innovative direction, marketing expertise, and project management to ensure product excellence in line with company’s business objectives

·        Actively find and suggest opportunities to support the business’ strategic objectives

·        Research industry related topics, prepare structured drafts and submit work to editors for input and approval

·        Explore and connect with emerging content platforms to find opportunities for content partnership, negotiate contracts and act as the POC

·        Source and manager digital content operations, work with marketing and development teams and align the whole process

·        Manage the day-to-day relationship with the external product development, design, UX, research and project teams

·        Provide industry best practice advice to digital team on digital design, website, mobile and app development capabilities, and features

·        Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics

·        Manage delivery of detailed and relevant analytics for each content campaign to measure its value and effectiveness. 

·        Define product, marketing and/or commercial strategies, brief vendors and have end-to-end product management accountability

You must have:

·        Minimum 5+ years’ experience in creating, aggregating content, and working with editorial teams

·        Experienced strategic content creator with a track record of delivering engaging content

·        Experience in turning business objectives into digital development strategies, and achieving measurable outcomes

·        Entrepreneurial drive and ability to think out of the box

·        Experience managing third party vendors to deliver strategic outcomes

·        Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

·        Prior experience in working with Apps is desirable
