Description:
Al Qandeel LLC is currently looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to handle and oversee contractual and commercial agreements within ongoing construction operations in Dubai. This role plays a key part in protecting the company’s legal and commercial interests while ensuring smooth project execution and compliance.
- Manage the full contract lifecycle, ensuring all agreements are properly reviewed, executed, and aligned with project and legal requirements
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms, conditions, and applicable legal frameworks throughout project execution
- Prepare, document, and negotiate contract variations, extensions of time, and commercial claims
- Coordinate closely with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve contractual issues and disputes
- Provide support in commercial administration to ensure smooth and transparent project delivery
- Monitor contract performance and ensure obligations are met by all involved parties
- Maintain accurate records of all contractual documentation and correspondence
- Assist in minimizing risks related to claims, disputes, and contractual breaches
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Law, or a related discipline (preferred)
- 3–5 years of relevant UAE experience in contract administration within the construction industry
- Strong understanding of UAE contract law and commercial frameworks
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to handle complex contractual matters with accuracy and professionalism
- Strong coordination skills with project and commercial teams
