Control Room Attendants

Description:

We are looking for candidates to work as Control Room Attendants in one of our prestigious car park locations in Dubai.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• To liaise with members of the public and give advice on the car park facilities and any parking issues in a courteous manner, ensuring that our customer care policy is always adhered to.
• To maintain good relations with all relevant regulatory authorities and local businesses.
• To assist in providing an effective customer care policy.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Good English Communication skills and customer service are required.
• Knowledge of MS Office.
• Sending Emails and answering phone calls for inquiries.

Salary details:

• AED 2000-2400 All Inclusive for 12 hours shift and will be based in Dubai.
