We are looking for a passionate and experienced Chef to join our growing catering kitchen in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Continental & Oriental cuisine

Experience in catering or bulk food production is preferred

Ability to plan, develop, and innovate menus

Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation across all dishes

Strong knowledge of food costing, portion control, and minimizing food waste

Experience with inventory management and stock rotation

Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with a passion for quality food
