A well-established regional group is seeking an experienced Director – Strategy & Corporate Development to lead high-impact initiatives focused on growth, market expansion, and long-term value creation. This senior leadership role requires strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and the ability to work closely with executive leadership and boards.

Role Overview:
The Director will play a key role in shaping corporate strategy, evaluating expansion opportunities, and driving strategic partnerships and investments across the region. The position involves close collaboration with senior stakeholders and leadership teams to ensure strategic alignment and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead corporate strategy development, business planning, and performance management initiatives
• Identify, evaluate, and execute M&A opportunities, strategic partnerships, and investment prospects
• Prepare board-level presentations, reports, and executive insights to support decision-making
• Drive regional growth and market expansion strategies across priority geographies
• Build, mentor, and lead strategy and corporate development teams to deliver measurable outcomes

Salary & Benefits:

• Competitive monthly compensation ranging between AED 70,000 – 95,000
