Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee culinary standards, menu planning, recipe development, and consistency across all locations
  • Lead, guide, and mentor kitchen teams to maintain high performance and quality standards
  • Ensure exceptional food quality while maintaining effective cost control, hygiene, and compliance with company policies
  • Work closely with operations and senior management to support business growth and operational efficiency

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in a Corporate or Group Executive Chef role
  • Strong expertise in Turkish cuisine is mandatory
  • Proven ability to manage and supervise multiple outlets simultaneously
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and cost-management skills
