Description:
We are looking for an experienced Corporate / Institutional Sales Manager to join our dynamic team and help us expand our footprint in the B2B space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive corporate sales across diverse sectors including hospitality, government, design consultants, and real estate developers.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities, consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored solutions for large-scale corporate clients.
- Represent the brand at events, exhibitions, and key B2B engagements in the region.
- Maintain a solid sales pipeline with detailed tracking and reporting.
Who We're Looking For:
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in corporate or institutional sales, preferably in the furniture, interiors, or design domain.
- Proven track record of high-volume deal closures and target achievements in the GCC region.
- Strong B2B connections and business network across hospitality, corporate, and government sectors.
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Bilingual proficiency (Arabic + English preferred).
- A high-energy, self-motivated, and solution-oriented professional.
