Corporate Sales Executive

 

Description:

We are hiring two B2B Sales Executives to accelerate our client's revenue growth. The role’s primary focus is corporate gifting and B2B corporate accounts, with a secondary focus on HoReCa clients (cafés, hotels, events, and catering).

 

This is a performance-driven sales role designed for candidates who thrive in fast-paced, less-structured startup environments. A strong appetite for targets, volume, and results is essential.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Develop and grow B2B sales within corporate gifting accounts (primary focus)
  • Identify, approach, and onboard new corporate clients, including HR, procurement, and administrative decision-makers
  • Build and manage secondary sales channels across cafés, hotels, events, and catering (HoReCa)
  • Proactively prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close high-volume B2B orders
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation through to deal closure
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships
  • Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams on product selection, pricing, and customization
  • Provide ongoing market and customer feedback to support product and pricing strategies

 

Essential Requirements:

 

  • 2–3+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong drive, resilience, and motivation to close deals and generate volume
  • Self-driven, confident, and able to work independently
