Description:

We are looking for a Logistics, Procurement, and Inventory Management Coordinator with 7+ years of relevant experience, in the UAE. The candidate will be responsible for organizing all inbound & outbound shipments primarily from / to Europe, monitoring stock levels, driving procurement, and maintaining accurate data in the company’s ERP system.

 

Requirements and skills:

  • A solid knowledge of international logistics, procurement and inventory management principles and practices (knowledge about export to Saudi Arabia is a plus).
  • Outstanding organizational and coordination capabilities.
  • Detail-oriented, well organized with the ability to prioritize work in an efficient manner.
  • Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of ERP software. (Microsoft Dynamics/Business Central 365)
  • Quick learner with strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills due to frequent communication with vendors, sales, and logistics personnel.
  • Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes.
