Corporate Service Executive

Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Corporate Service Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will act as a liaison between the company and UAE government authorities, ensuring smooth business operations and compliance with all regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting up businesses in Dubai Mainland and UAE Freezones
• Process mainland and free zone visas, golden visas, and amendments
• Prepare client documentation efficiently and accurately
• Draft professional emails and maintain Excel records
• Coordinate and follow up with government authorities
• Organize and manage client business proposals

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role working with UAE government bodies
• Strong interpersonal, networking, and influencing skills
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Proficient in MS Office
• Currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately
