Corporate Service Executive

Description:

A company operating in the UAE corporate services sector is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Service Executive to join its growing team. This role is ideal for professionals experienced in company formation processes and government liaison services who can efficiently support clients with business setup procedures across mainland and free zone jurisdictions.

The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating with UAE government entities, managing documentation, and ensuring timely completion of corporate services while maintaining strong client communication. Only candidates currently based in the UAE and available for immediate joining will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and liaise with UAE government authorities, including Economic Departments, Municipalities, Chambers of Commerce, and Free Zones
• Manage Dubai mainland and UAE free zone company formation processes
• Handle visa processing services including mainland visas, free zone visas, and Golden Visa applications
• Prepare and process company amendments and required legal documentation accurately
• Draft professional business emails and manage data using Microsoft Excel
• Handle Court POA documentation and related amendment procedures
• Maintain consistent follow-ups with authorities to ensure tasks are completed within deadlines
• Plan, organize, and prepare business proposals tailored to client requirements
• Independently prioritize assignments and execute tasks efficiently, even under tight timelines

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar corporate services or government liaison role
• Experience dealing with UAE government entities and embassies is essential
• Strong networking, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and spoken English communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Must currently reside in the UAE and be available for immediate joining
