Hiring Cost Control Engineer
Job Location: Dubai-UAE
Requirements:
- Prepare Job Budget by activity based on the contractual documents.
- Provide a summary of the budget by resources (Material Manpower, subcontract, Equipment and overhead).
- Calculate the monthly Cost Report and calculate the actual Cost and Cost to complete all ongoing jobs.
- Coordinate with the Relevant Department.
- Prepare Comparisons between Budget cost and estimated cost based on the Contract documents.
- Highlight any costs that are not within budget.
- Highlight Potential areas where cost can be claimed.
- Revise the Job budget with approval by Management to accommodate the items that are missing from the approved Job budget or Variation.
- Verifies Quantities on Material Requisition Forms received from the site to ensure that they are within the budget.
- Verifies the rate in LPO received from Procurements Investigates the source and cause of over-budget items and prepares the supporting Reports.
- Supervise the entry of Delivery notes and Subcontract payment certificates in the System.
- Verifies Subcontract payment certificate.
