🔹 Key Qualifications & Experience:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field
✔ 5+ years of experience as a Cost Controller
✔ Expertise in contract negotiation and costing
✔ Background in O&M Metro / Tram environments
✔ Experience in insurance and subcontractor management
✔ Knowledge of public transportation or insurance sectors is a plus
✔ Familiarity with Dubai Metro or Tram projects is preferred
