Description:
We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Counsellor to join our growing team in the UAE. The successful candidate will provide professional counselling services to individuals experiencing emotional, psychological, and behavioural challenges. Sessions may be conducted online, in-person, or through a hybrid approach depending on client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual counselling sessions to clients.
- Conduct assessments and develop personalised care plans.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
- Support clients with stress, anxiety, relationships, and personal development.
- Collaborate with other professionals when necessary.
- Adhere to ethical and professional counselling standards.
- Participate in case discussions and supervision sessions.
- Ability to effectively use digital communication tools and adapt to a remote working setting.
- Capability to maintain confidential records and apply ethical standards in online counseling environments.
Requirements
- A minimum of a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology, Mental Health, or a related discipline.
- Relevant counselling certification or licence (DHA, CDA).
- Minimum 2 years of counselling experience (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Knowledge of confidentiality and ethical guidelines.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
