Counter Assistant

International Trading LLC (OEM) is expanding its operations and is looking for a dependable and energetic Counter Assistant to join its team in the UAE. This role is well suited for individuals who enjoy a hands-on, fast-paced environment that combines driving duties, customer interaction, and basic stock handling.

The position plays an important role in supporting daily logistics and counter operations within the automotive and truck spare parts sector. Candidates should be service-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out deliveries and outdoor assignments as required
• Support counter sales activities and assist walk-in customers
• Provide courteous and efficient customer service at all times
• Handle stock movement, inventory support, and basic warehouse tasks
• Prepare and manage invoices and delivery-related documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment

Requirements

• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
• Basic English communication skills
• Prior experience in delivery, counter sales, or spare parts trading is an advantage
• Reliable, energetic, and willing to take ownership of tasks
• Ability to work in a dynamic and customer-focused environment
