🔑 Key Responsibilities:
👋 Greet and assist customers, showcasing expert product knowledge.
🧾 Process sales transactions efficiently using POS systems.
🛍️ Ensure the counter display is organized and well-stocked to maximize sales.
🌟 Provide exceptional after-sales support to address customer queries.
💪 Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling.
📦 Maintain inventory levels, report low stock, and assist in replenishment.
💬 Build lasting customer relationships by delivering top-notch service.

✅ Requirements:
2+ years of experience in counter sales or a customer-facing role.
💬 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
🎯 Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
💳 Experience with POS systems and handling transactions.
🛒 Solid knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.
🌍 Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
💼 Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a team player.

🎯 Preferred:
🏬 Experience in retail or consumer goods.
🌍 Local market knowledge (Qatar/Dubai).
