Counter Staff

Description:

Al Fuad Exchange is seeking proactive and customer-focused Counter Staff to join their team. Immediate joiners will be preferred. The ideal candidate will efficiently handle customer transactions, assist with money transfers and foreign exchange services, and provide a high level of service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist clients with money transfers, foreign exchange, and other related financial services.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Maintain daily transaction records and prepare reports as required.

Requirements
• 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar finance or banking role is preferred.
• Finance Graduate or equivalent qualification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be currently based in the UAE.
