Responsibilities:
- Develop content ideas and themes tailored for various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, etc.) based on trending topics in travel, education, and lifestyle
- Research hashtags, keywords, and competitors to enhance reach and engagement
- Write scripts and create moodboards for reels, stories, and short-form videos
- Assist in planning and executing mini social campaigns (e.g., giveaways, testimonials, student/traveler spotlights)
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, DMs, and participating in discussions to build community
- Capture behind-the-scenes content during events, tours, classes, or office life
- Edit and repurpose existing content into multiple formats (e.g., turning blog posts into carousels or infographics)
- Schedule and post content using tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Later
- Track performance metrics (likes, reach, engagement, saves, shares) and prepare basic weekly reports
- Collaborate with the design, marketing, and operations teams to align content with ongoing initiatives
- Experiment with formats like polls, quizzes, memes, or trend-based videos to boost audience interaction
- Assist with creative design for social posts
Requirements:
- Strong written communication and aesthetic sense
- Active on social media and familiar with Instagram Reels, Stories, and content trends
- Creative mindset with a passion for visual storytelling
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar editing tools is a plus
- Ability to work part-time or flexible hours
- Experience or education in media, communication, marketing, or travel & tourism is preferred
