Description:
You will conceptualize and produce high-quality visuals that align with brand strategy and communications objectives. Working from creative briefs, you’ll generate design solutions for social media, internal communications, events, and branded collateral — ensuring every asset reflects the organisation’s visual identity.

- Excellent aesthetic sensewith a strong eye for composition, color, typography and layout.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, produce rough concepts, and present refined ideas.
- Skilled at visualizing look-and-feel for projects while following brand guidelines.
- Experienced in creating imagery and designs that meet communication goals across platforms.
Main Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic design frameworksto improve social media presence and ensure visuals support broader brand goals.
- Conceptualize and deliver visualsbased on project requirements; present concepts and iterate using stakeholder feedback.
- Create and maintain the visual style for campaigns, branding materials and social content templates.
- Review and mentor the work of designers and animators, offering constructive feedback to raise quality and consistency.
- Ensure all graphics follow brand guidelines — selecting appropriate colors, fonts, images and layouts for both P&C and digital materials.
- Collaborate closely with the People Communications Officer and Multimedia Creator to produce integrated final assets.
- Produce a wide variety of graphic output — logos, brand guideline documents, social templates, presentations, internal documents and event collateral for print and digital delivery.
- Coordinate with external vendors for website support or post-production tasks when required, ensuring timely, high-quality deliveries.
- Keep up with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve creative approaches.
- Use industry-standard graphic design and visualization software to craft polished visuals for multiple platforms.
