Roles & Responsibilities

• Engage in proprietary trading of derivatives instruments for own book for profit to meet the target.
• Execute derivatives trade for risk management and hedge.
• Provide other traders with technical and fundamental market information and recommend methods of hedging and leveraging its position.
• Market analysis and reporting.
• Adhere to all internal and external regulatory requirements and limits.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum degree qualification or equivalent

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in derivatives trading in major oil companies, reputable trading companies, or banks

• Proven track record of derivatives trading and managing price exposure.
• Experience in developing trade strategies including spreads and arbitrage.

1. Extensive knowledge of physical oil market (esp. Middle East and Asia), refining process, and logistics
2. Team player who is able to work across different cultures with good communication skills and to work positively under pressure.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good global networking.
