Description:

Gulf Model School is seeking an experienced Curriculum Coordinator to lead curriculum planning, implementation, and evaluation for CBSE and Kerala Board sections. Must ensure consistency, innovation in strategies, and high teaching standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, review, and implement the curriculum framework aligned with CBSE/Kerala Boards

• Ensure vertical/horizontal alignment across grade levels

• Collaborate with Section Heads, Supervisors, and Coordinators

• Guide teachers in lesson planning and assessments

• Recommend improvements to teaching methodologies

• Coordinate and deliver teacher training and PD sessions

• Integrate 21st-century skills and innovative ICT tools

• Assist in policies, timetables, and exam planning

• Maintain communication with Principal & management
