They are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi are a must, along with the ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations. Strong client-facing and communication skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and prioritize, are also important qualifications for this role.
