A leading automotive organization in Dubai is currently looking to hire a motivated and customer-focused Customer Experience Executive to enhance customer satisfaction and support service excellence. This role is ideal for individuals with strong automotive industry knowledge who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and improving overall customer journeys.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, resolving inquiries efficiently, and working closely with internal departments to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience. The role also involves analyzing feedback and preparing reports to support continuous service improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional and timely customer support while ensuring effective resolution of inquiries and concerns
  • Apply knowledge of automotive processes to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery
  • Analyze customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and operational performance
  • Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and insights using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Build strong and lasting relationships with customers to ensure a seamless experience
  • Support customer experience initiatives and contribute to service improvement strategies

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of automotive processes is essential
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a fast-paced team environment
  • Valid driving license will be considered an added advantage
