We’re looking for a motivated intern to help us gather, analyze, and improve customer feedback to enhance our online education platform. This role is perfect for students or recent graduates eager to gain hands-on experience in customer relations, data analysis, and product development.
🔹 Responsibilities:
✅ Collect and organize feedback from students, parents, and tutors
✅ Analyze feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement
✅ Assist in creating surveys and user experience reports
✅ Collaborate with the team to suggest platform enhancements
✅ Support customer inquiries related to feedback

✔ Strong communication and analytical skills
✔ Attention to detail and ability to spot trends
✔ Interest in education and technology
✔ Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus!)
✔ Ability to work remotely with a proactive attitude
