Weβre looking for a motivated intern to help us gather, analyze, and improve customer feedback to enhance our online education platform. This role is perfect for students or recent graduates eager to gain hands-on experience in customer relations, data analysis, and product development.
πΉ Responsibilities:
β Collect and organize feedback from students, parents, and tutors
β Analyze feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement
β Assist in creating surveys and user experience reports
β Collaborate with the team to suggest platform enhancements
β Support customer inquiries related to feedback

β Strong communication and analytical skills
β Attention to detail and ability to spot trends
β Interest in education and technology
β Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus!)
