The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, handling inquiries, maintaining effective communication, and supporting day-to-day customer relations activities. Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain positive relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service
• Assist customers with information, documentation, and service-related requests
• Handle English and Arabic typing tasks accurately
• Maintain customer records and update information as required
• Support administrative and customer relations activities
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth customer service operations
• Assist in resolving customer concerns and escalating issues when necessary
