Description:

Medcare Hospitals & Medical Centres is hiring Customer Service professionals to provide friendly, efficient front-line support for patients, visitors and families. You will be the first point of contact — ensuring everyone’s visit is smooth, informed and comfortable while representing a leading healthcare provider in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Registration & Appointments: manage patient intake, register new patients and schedule appointments accurately.
  • Visitor Guidance: welcome and direct visitors, answer general inquiries and provide clear wayfinding assistance.
  • Billing & Insurance Support: help patients with billing queries and basic insurance-related questions, escalating complex issues appropriately.
  • Compassionate Service: deliver empathetic, patient-focused customer care in every interaction and maintain professionalism under pressure.
  • Record Keeping & Coordination: update patient records and coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Candidate Profile / Requirements:

  • Customer-service mindset: friendly, patient and solutions-oriented when dealing with a diverse patient base.
  • Communication skills: clear verbal and written communication suitable for a healthcare setting.
  • Attention to detail: ability to manage registrations and appointment information accurately.
  • Team player: works cooperatively with clinical, administrative and billing teams.
  • Prior healthcare or customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
