Department: Customer Service

Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly and compassionate customer service agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer service principles and be able to provide excellent customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Escalate customer issues to management as needed
  • Provide feedback to management on customer trends and feedback
  • Maintain customer records and data
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
