Description:

Al Ghurair Exchange is seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Agent to join its growing team in the UAE’s financial services sector. This role is ideal for individuals who have strong communication abilities and prior experience in exchange house or customer service environments.

The selected candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries across multiple channels and ensuring timely, accurate, and professional service delivery. The role requires a proactive approach to resolving issues and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls, chats, emails, and service requests efficiently

• Provide accurate and timely information to customers

• Address complaints in a professional and solution-oriented manner

• Coordinate with internal departments, branches, banks, and service providers

• Ensure prompt resolution of customer issues and follow-ups

• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and cases

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

• 1–3 years of customer service experience (exchange house experience preferred)

• Proficiency in Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle customers professionally under pressure

• Strong knowledge of:

 • Customer service processes and complaint handling

 • Exchange house operations

 • Communication with financial service stakeholders
