Purpose of the Role

The purpose of the role is to assist the department with incoming queries from travel agents,

DMC, and internal departments. This includes working in a multi-skilled position across three

different areas of Operations (Pre- Travel, In Resort, and Accommodation Changes). This role

involves working on a shift basis that will include weekend and night shift work.

Hours: 44 hours over 5 days (to be worked on a shift/rota basis)

Role Responsibilities

• Customer Service - Answer queries via email and telephone, and utilize/build key contact relationships to obtain detailed information efficiently.
• Results Orientated - Resolve client queries ensuring that the service delivered is efficient, prompt, and professional - adhering to our strict SLAs.
• Team Work - Be a key team member, establishing open and transparent working relationships with the rest of the department and all other Youtravel teams.
• Work closely with the reservations/customer service departments within our partner DMCs.
• Problem Solving - Identify any issues with current processes that may impact the efficiency and offer solutions to ensure a smoother running of the day-to-day to benefit the business and the team.
• Liaise with other team members and management to resolve administrative and client problems that may arise.
