Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound communications with customers in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Process requests and basic transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up.
  • Maintain and update records using company systems (data-entry emphasis).
  • Support team tasks and assist colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Escalate issues to supervisors when necessary and help ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written English.
  • Personal qualities: Presentable, hardworking, dependable, and honest with good attention to detail.
  • Technical: Proficiency in MS Excel and comfortable with basic computer tasks.
  • Experience: Open to fresh graduates — a strong willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
