Role Overview: Customer Service Coordinator — We are seeking an energetic and experienced customer service professional to join our team at Mall of the Emirates on a short-term contract with the possibility of extension. This position suits candidates who thrive in high-footfall retail environments or luxury hotel settings and can deliver excellent guest experiences under pressure.

Contract Details:
 

  • Contract Duration: 3 months (extendable)
  • Salary Package: AED 8000 plus work permit and medical insurance
  • Joining: Immediate start required; candidates with sponsored visas valid for more than 6 months will be preferred

Key Requirements:.

  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years in customer service within a reputed shopping centre or luxury hotel (GCC or international). At least 1+ year in the current role as Customer Service Coordinator.
  • Language: Strong command of English (written and spoken) is mandatory; Arabic or another secondary language is advantageous.
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Availability: UAE-based candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
