Champs Sports Club, a premier fitness and wellness destination in Dubai, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Executive to join our team. The selected candidate will play a vital role in ensuring an exceptional experience for our valued members and guests through professionalism, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
⭕️ Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients courteously and efficiently.
⭕️ Manage customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
⭕️ Maintain a thorough understanding of the club’s services, membership packages, and promotions.
⭕️ Support the front desk operations to ensure smooth day-to-day customer interactions.

Requirements:
⭕️ Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the fitness, sports, or hospitality sector.
⭕️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident and approachable personality.
⭕️ Strong customer orientation and the ability to handle challenging situations gracefully.
⭕️ Fluency in Arabic is an added advantage.
