We are hiring a Customer Service Executive for a reputable real estate organization based in Dubai. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions during the property handover and post-sales process. This role requires a presentable personality, strong communication skills, and prior experience in the real estate industry, preferably with a property developer handling property handovers.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for customers during property handover and after-sales stages.
- Handle customer communications professionally via phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer issues and requests are resolved in a timely manner.
- Support clients throughout the property handover process, including documentation and necessary approvals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, concerns, and resolutions.
- Address customer feedback, complaints, and escalations in a professional and effective manner.
- Ensure a high level of customer service to enhance overall client satisfaction.
- Assist with administrative and operational tasks related to customer service and property handover.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Proven experience in the real estate industry, preferably with a property developer handling property handover.
- Strong background in customer service within a real estate environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Presentable personality with a professional and positive attitude.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
