Customer Service Executive

Description:

Hawk Freight Services FZE is seeking a Customer Service Executive with experience in freight forwarding and logistics to join its team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong customer handling skills, knowledge of shipment processes, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

The successful candidate will manage customer inquiries, provide shipment updates, coordinate with operational teams, and ensure smooth end-to-end logistics processes. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries, service requests, and shipment-related updates.

• Coordinate with operations teams, airlines, shipping lines, and overseas agents.

• Prepare quotations and manage shipment documentation follow-ups.

• Track shipments and provide timely status updates to customers.

• Resolve customer concerns and ensure effective solutions.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth shipment handling.

• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the logistics process.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in Customer Service within Freight Forwarding or Logistics.

• Good understanding of Air Freight and/or Sea Freight operations.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

• Ability to multitask and work effectively under deadlines.

• Customer-focused with a proactive working approach.
