Customer Service Executive

 

Description:

The main responsibilities will include:

 

  • Contact customers to deliver the company’s products, services, and/or promotions.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure all activities are aligned.
  • Accept/ reject customer claims in coordination with the sales team.
  • Coordinate IT-related issues with the IT Team.
  • Develop reporting tools to monitor pricing and catalog activities.
  • Test, fix, and update pricing.
  • Keep data up to date.
  • Conduct anti-fraud activities through manual checks.

 

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

 

  • UAE Nationals with Family Book are encouraged to apply for this position.
  • Proven experience in a similar role is a plus. Catalog coordination and pricing experience is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of anti-fraud activities.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel is required.
