MH Markets a globally established financial services company in the online trading space, and we’re looking for experienced Customer Service Executives who speak Arabic or Farsi fluently.

What You’ll Do:
✔ Handle client communications via calls, live chat, and email
✔ Assist with onboarding, account changes, and document handling
✔ Support users on MT4 / MT5 platform issues (e.g., login, execution)
✔ Collaborate with internal departments to resolve client concerns
✔ Manage Introducing Broker (IB) program queries and settings
✔ Maintain accurate customer data and support sales profiles
✔ Represent the company’s products and services to new clients

What We’re Looking For:
✔ Fluency in Arabic or Farsi, plus good command of English
✔ 1+ year in a forex brokerage or financial services support role
✔ Familiarity with MT4 / MT5 and CRM systems is a big plus
✔ Strong communication, troubleshooting, and teamwork skills
✔ Flexible with working shifts, weekends, and holidays
✔ Background in Business, Finance, or Economics preferred
