Position: Customer Service Executive

Location: Dubai (Remote/On-site)

Employment: Full-time

Languages: English is mandatory | Arabic or Hindi is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to patient queries via call, WhatsApp & email
  • Schedule virtual consultations and follow-ups
  • Assist with insurance, billing, and subscription-related inquiries
  • Maintain high levels of professionalism and empathy
  • Coordinate with doctors, dietitians, and support teams

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Prior experience in customer service (healthcare preferred)
  • Tech-savvy and patient-focused
  • Able to multitask and manage time efficiently
