Customer Service Executive

 

Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Executive to join our Sales team, focusing on Food Service & Traditional Trade channels. This role is essential for ensuring smooth order-to-delivery operations, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and providing support to both sales and logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process customer orders accurately and on time.
  • Coordinate delivery routes and optimize fleet utilization for maximum efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, logistics partners, and drivers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Oversee compliance, maintain proper documentation, and verify proof of delivery.
  • Track and report key performance indicators, including OTIF, delivery efficiency, and returns.
  • Support delivery teams and prepare monthly/quarterly sales incentive reports.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer service, supply chain, or logistics, preferably within FMCG.
  • Strong understanding of order-to-delivery processes, fleet management, and 3PL coordination.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Lucas, or equivalent) and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Valid UAE Driving License.
  • Fluency in English and Urdu/Hindi.
