ABOUT YOU

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

* Graduate in any field; at least 2-3 years of experience in a customer service/sales role.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Strong selling & customer service skills.

* Ability to handle customers in efficient and professional manner.

* Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment; ability to handle multiple customers and transactions at the same time.

* Computer proficient.

* Willingness to work in flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

* Knowledge of the Arabic language is a plus; certification in customer service or a related field is a plus.
