As a Customer Service Executive, you will play a central role in managing patient interactions, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that every visitor and patient receives high-quality service. You will be the frontline representative of the hospital, reflecting its standards of care, empathy, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
Manage patient inquiries and service requests both in-person and over the phone.
Coordinate with medical and administrative departments to facilitate smooth patient experiences.
Ensure timely registration, billing, and documentation processes.
Maintain confidentiality and compliance with hospital policies and regulations.
Handle complaints and feedback constructively, ensuring patient satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
2 to 3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the healthcare sector.
Arabic-speaking candidates are highly preferred due to the diverse patient population.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
A customer-first mindset, with the ability to multitask and attention to detail.
