As a Customer Service Executive, you will play a central role in managing patient interactions, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that every visitor and patient receives high-quality service. Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients and visitors with professionalism and warmth.

  • Manage patient inquiries and service requests both in-person and over the phone.

  • Coordinate with medical and administrative departments to facilitate smooth patient experiences.

  • Ensure timely registration, billing, and documentation processes.

  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with hospital policies and regulations.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the healthcare sector.

  • Arabic-speaking candidates are highly preferred due to the diverse patient population.
