Medcare Hospitals in Dubai is hiring Customer Service Executives to enhance patient experience and ensure exceptional service delivery in a healthcare environment. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring smooth communication and providing assistance with empathy and efficiency. Your role will involve responding to inquiries, coordinating with clinical teams, and maintaining a positive atmosphere in the hospital environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients, families, and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
Handle inquiries related to appointments, billing, and hospital services both in-person and over the phone.
Provide accurate information regarding procedures, departments, and policies.
Resolve patient concerns or escalate to the appropriate department as needed.
Work collaboratively with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff to streamline service delivery.
Ensure patient feedback is addressed and service quality is continuously improved.
Maintain confidentiality and uphold the highest standards of patient care and service.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
2 to 3 years of experience in a similar customer service role, preferably within the healthcare sector.
Arabic-speaking candidates are highly preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
